Life Experience: As a native San Franciscan, I enjoyed living, studying, and working with people of diverse cultures and ethnic heritages. This experience brings an added element of knowledge and understanding to my work as a therapist.

Clinical Experience: I have worked with adults of all ages on a myriad of concerns and with couples at every stage of relationship (dating, pre-engaged, early married, long term marriages, senior marriages).

Types of Clients: I have experience working with clients who work in a variety of contexts: medical, pastoral and church, international mission context, schools, law offices, public agencies, self-employed settings, home (stay at home moms and dads), tech industry, restaurant, non-profit sector – to list a few.

Taught Adult Bible Classes – integrating scripture and spiritual/emotional growth

Led workshops on topics with practical life enrichment such as Career Search, Procrastination, Communication Skills, Parenting, Boundaries, Emotional Regulation, Family of Origin Healing, Relationship Challenges

I also have a lifetime elementary education credential in California and taught for three years in my first profession right out of college.
